Tapestries

In each place we visit we are creating memories and leaving our marks for others to read. Marks which symbolise a layering of both current and past experiences. In my work i explore the designs and motifs that reflect the traditional and contemporary feel of a place. I am interested in the historical narrative value of tapestry and how a modern story can be told using a traditional skill.
